Senior Peer Instructors

Senior Peer Instructors are experienced researchers and peer mentors, and serve as mentors for Aresty Peer Instructors and Research Assistants and function as the liaison between the Aresty students and the Aresty staff.

Throughout the year, Senior Peer Instructors act as representatives of the Aresty Research Center; they attend various events, speak with prospective students, visit classes to share information about Aresty programs, and run workshops open to all Rutgers students doing research, covering important skills such as abstract writing and poster design. Senior Peer Instructors are selected for their demonstrated leadership, strong research knowledge, and proven dedication to undergraduate research at Rutgers.
