Tamiah N. Brevard is an alumna of Rutgers-New Brunswick. She earned a B.A. in Communication and minored in Puerto Rican and Caribbean Studies. She received an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Personnel from New York University. Most recently, Ms. Brevard served as Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at New York University School of Professional Studies gaining experience with new student recruitment, international research, global education and travel, development, and grant writing. She is devoted to educational access, student success, and providing students with a well-rounded undergraduate experience.

Candice M. Haigler received her M.B.A. in Marketing from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business in New York City and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. Ms. Haigler holds 15+ years of broad-based professional experience within the financial services and higher education industries. Her professional expertise includes providing extensive program management and business strategy development to institutions such as Fordham University, Georgetown University, St. John’s University, and New York University. Ms. Haigler has worked closely with both faculty and administration to develop recruitment strategies and student programming as well as customized executive education programs. Outside of her administrative functions, Ms. Haigler will focus on improving and maintaining processes and procedures that support Aresty initiatives and programs from an operations and technology.

Chandni A. Pathak holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work degree from Rutgers University. She has extensive experience with program development and student services across diverse populations. Her work includes experience in various educational settings, including New Brunswick High School, Douglass Residential College, and Rutgers School of Social Work. Chandni holds a strong commitment and passion in providing students with educational opportunities, advocacy for educational access, and mentorship.

Dr. Vadim Levin received his undergraduate education in the then-intact Soviet Union, where he trained for a job in oil exploration. Upon moving to the United States, he embarked on the pursuit of an academic career, completing a Ph.D. in Geophysics at Columbia University in 1995, spending seven years in a sequence of research positions at Yale University, and arriving at Rutgers in 2002. Presently, he is a Professor in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences, with his research focusing on the structures and processes within the Earth. In his research, he uses observations of seismic waves to probe the interior structure of the Earth, trying to understand what is happening there now or what has happened in the past.
