Student presenting at summer science symposium.

We are pleased to announce our application portal for the 2025 Summer Science Program is now open!

The Aresty Summer Science Research Program is an intensive, full-time research experience for Rutgers—New Brunswick rising sophomores only. Students are matched with faculty mentors from a diverse array of scientific disciplines. Program participants learn about the research process by working with their mentors in the laboratory and participating in library workshops, professional development seminars, and social events. Summer experiences often lead to involvement in research during the subsequent academic year.
